CFE Equipment is hiring a Parts Counter Associate with strong customer services skills and great attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Provide over the counter customer service for parts warehouse
- Take customer orders and finalize sales
- Pull parts from stock for the shop technicians and customer orders
- Receive parts and supplies form delivery sources
- Put stock away while keeping warehouse clean and organized
- Inventory and replenish service van and consignment inventories at customer locations
- Assist with main warehouse inventory
- Complete any forms and documents related to parts and deliveries
Requirements:
- Two (2) years counter parts experience, material handling, trucking or automotive industries
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driving license, with good driving record
- MS office, Outlook knowledge and being able to work on-line
- Customer focused working towards continuous improvement and development
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- High school degree or equivalent
